Full registration includes:

• Daily symposium fees for 12, 13, 15 and 16 September 2016 (Excluding Field trip day on 14 September 2016)
• Lunch and 2x tea breaks on the conference days
• Welcome cocktail (cash bar)
• Dinner at Joe’s Beerhouse (includes transfers; cash bar)
• Gala Dinner: African Braai (cash bar)

Normal registration does not include:

• Dinner on 13 and 14 September 2016

1 Day Registration

Registration includes:

• Social function (Dinner at Joe’s Beerhouse / Gala Dinner: African Braai) – when registering for the day it takes place on

1 day registration does not include:

• Breakfast or dinner

• Drinks are not included; a cash bar will be available for the duration of the symposium

Terms and conditions

Any person registering for and making use of any of the facilities or services provided by the International Wildlife Ranching Symposium organisers, its subsidiaries, stakeholders, management, directors and interested parties, do so entirely at his / her own risk. IWRS, its directors, officers, employees and everyone else connected therewith, shall have no liability whatsoever for any injury to, or death of any person, or any loss of, or any damage to any property, howsoever caused, whether as a result of negligence or otherwise.

All symposium fees must be paid via PayFast or Namibian citizens can use the Namibian bank account.

PayFast enables easy, secure and instant transfer of money. They process credit cards from anywhere in the world or Instant EFT (bank transfers with SA’s four biggest banks that get instantly verified).

1. Registration will only be confirmed on receipt of payment.
2. Payment is due immediately, i.e. payment must be effected at the time of registration.
3. Registration fees do not include field trips, travel and accommodation.
4. An invoice will be sent to you within 24 hours of receipt of your registration.
5. Receipts will only be issued once proof of payment has been received, cleared and been identified in the IWRS 2016 bank account.
6. All delegates are requested to take full responsibility for their payments and ensure that ALL FEES ARE FULLY PAID UP PRIOR TO the conference. The full delegate registration fee amount invoiced must appear in the IWRS bank account to secure your booking.
7. Walk-in delegates, with payments will be admitted on a space availability basis. However, we recommend prior booking to avoid disappointment, as space is limited.
8. Delegates are responsible to cover the applicable bank charges.
9. Please ensure that all payments make clear reference to the delegate being paid for. Use the pin number as indicated on your invoice as reference number.

Online Registration will close at 17:00 on 7 September 2016.

Cancellations

1. Only written cancellations can be accepted and only under exceptional circumstances and at the discretion of the conference organizers.
2. Written cancellations received before 31 May 2016 will receive a full refund, less a 20% administration fee.
3. No refunds can be issued for cancellations after 31 May 2016.
4. Refunds due will only be issued after the closing of the 9th IWRS.
